Welcome to Craft Pouches. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, images, logos, designs, and software, is the property of Craft Pouches and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Customer Artwork & Content

Customers are solely responsible for all artwork, logos, trademarks, text, and other materials submitted for printing.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You own or have permission to use all submitted content.
• Your artwork does not violate any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
• Craft Pouches is authorized to use your artwork solely for producing your custom packaging order.

Craft Pouches reserves the right to reject any artwork that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes upon third-party rights.

Artwork Requirements

For the best print quality, artwork should be submitted in:

• CMYK color mode
• Preferred formats: AI, PDF, EPS, PSD, or high-resolution PNG

Craft Pouches is not responsible for print quality issues caused by low-resolution files, RGB artwork, or incorrect customer submissions.

Digital Proof Approval

Every order receives a digital proof before production.

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

• Artwork
• Dimensions
• Colors
• Text and spelling
• Finishing options
• Order specifications

Production begins only after written proof approval. Once approved, Craft Pouches is not responsible for any errors overlooked by the customer.

Materials

Craft Pouches offers a wide range of custom flexible packaging, including food-grade and non-food-grade materials.

If your packaging requires food-safe certification, barrier properties, child-resistant features, or any special material specifications, these requirements must be communicated before production begins.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders may be modified or cancelled only before production begins.

Once artwork has been approved and manufacturing starts, cancellations or major changes may not be possible. Design and setup charges may apply for cancelled orders.

Returns & Reprints

Because every product is custom manufactured, all sales are final.

If an error is caused by Craft Pouches, we will either:

• Reprint the order, or
• Provide an appropriate resolution after review.

Claims regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.

Shipping & Delivery

Production and delivery timelines begin after final artwork approval.

Limitation of Liability

Craft Pouches shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.
